Your login attempt has failed because your account has been suspended. The suspension is a result of non-payment of the software activation/renewal charges. If you have already made the payment or if you believe that no amount is due from you as of the current date, please send an email from your registered email address to account@jupeak.com. In the email, provide the payment and other relevant details. Alternatively, you can send a text/WhatsApp message to the mobile number 8009364444. Once we receive the necessary information, your account will be activated within half an hour. We will then verify the details you have provided and send you an email with all the information, including the next payment due date or the date on which your account will be suspended again.
If you fail to make the payment or share the required details, your account resources may be terminated within 5 days of receiving this notification.
If your account was suspended for reasons other than non-payment of outstanding dues, please contact FYCIS customer support.
